My Quest

To become a wind
on the shoulders of which
love can rest.

To become a wind
which moves in silence
discreetly rendering a velvety fog.

To become a fog
which gently gathers around you
leaving you in a world of your own.

To become a fog
which hides away all ugliness
and makes the way for the dance of the sun.

To become a sun
which glitters all around
and exposes the beauty of the unseen.

To become a sun
whose warmth melts away all illusions
and reveals everything sharply.

To become a wind
which collects the clouds
that shield you from the heat of the sun.

To become a wind
against which you can fly
until you are not afraid of the power of storm.

To become a wind
which blows for a while
and dies away.
